The captivity is what it says not like the cheapos from fleabay

I ordered a spare battery and received an empty package a few days later. Guess it’s that time of year.
A short email to Hill and Dale and a new battery was sent out.
Brilliant, just received it and it’s working fine.
Many many thanks. Will definitely be coming back for more.

The battery works well and is a replacement for my Fenix torch. The original battery didnt hold charge for long, so far this one has proved better but its early days.
Packaging was good. Delivery says 24 hours but is from Europe so whilst it was sent within 24 hours it does take a couple of days.

I had a problem with my address so package was returned but company immediately contacted me and after I corrected the address they sent it the same day so great response from the company.

Having bought the headtorch with original battery which was hopeless then which also didn’t do anything I purchased yet another battery which I am now getting slightly better usage without charging every hour of use but won’t be buying again only my opinion
