Returns are accepted on items purchased within 30 days of delivery. Click 'Start Your Return' below to get started. If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us.
You need to go through our online form to start your return. You will select the items you wish to return, the reason for return and select the items for exchange (if required). You would then download a return slip to include in your parcel.
When returning an item, please use a service that provides suitable insurance should the item be lost or damaged in transit as we cannot be help responsible for any items that don't make it back to us safely.
