Can I track my delivery?

Sometimes you will see 'Special Order' when selecting your size. For these items, we will dispatch once we have received them from our supplier. An estimated lead time will be displayed for Special Order items.

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase so long as it is unused and still in it's original packaging*. You can return for an exchange or refund. Return postage is at your own cost.Refunds are carried out immediately after receiving your item back. Return postage is at your own cost.* for safety reasons, we do not accept the return of climbing equipment or underwear once it has been tried on.

Brilliant Boots

This is my second pair of Zamberlan 996 Vioz Womens GTX Walking Boots.My last pair lasted atleast 2360 miles which I roughly amassed over a 2 year period hiking in Scotland, Cumbria,the Peak District and over moorland in Staffordshire .These boots are incredibly supportive,waterproof and immediately comfortable NO Rubbing!! T I am size 5 . But find 5.5 is more comfortable, so would suggest a half size more. Hill and Dale are a marvellous company with an excellent customer service and easy to use online shopping facility and next day delivery. Walking is wonderful and walking with these Zamberlan boots on, just makes the whole day infinitely more enjoyable.

So Comfortable

My third pair of Zamberlan boots. I know I can get a pair of these boots, put them on, and go out straight away, without having to break them in. They fit my narrow foot perfectly. I ordered them from Hill and Dale on Sunday evening, and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. Great service, thank you.

Fantastic boots

I love these boots. They are everything you want in a good boot, comfortable, waterproof and supportive. For any type of terrain. My third pair and won't even consider buying anything else. Probably best to size up though.

Amazing walking boots

For comfort, longevity and versatility, these boots are the best. Great for a range of walking -, forest, hills, munros. Comfort level is amazing, I even like wearing them for local park walks . They look great - classic brown leather is cool!! Great price from Hill and Dale...Best deal I could find.

Excellent boots as always

I always get Zamberlan boots as I have a narrow instep and these fit me perfectly. I always buy a size bigger than my feet and wear loopy/padded hiking socks. My old boots had cracked so bought these and wore them for the first time at the weekend for a 4hr muddy hike - very comfortable, no issues at all. Can wholeheartedly recommend for those with narrow feet. Hill & Dale outdoors kept me informed about delivery throughout the ordering process too (these were a special order), great!
