The Meindl Ontario GTX walking shoe is a versatile shoe performing equally well on off-road hikes as it does in urban and city landscapes. Made from suede and mesh, the uppers are breathable yet resistant and come equipped with a GORE-TEX lining for waterproof protection. The accompanying Air-Active footbed ensures the foot is kept dry and the shoe is well ventilated at all times. The Variofix lacing system aids support, pulling the heel to the back of the shoe, giving an excellent fit and a secure hold around the ankle. The Ontario GTX comes equipped with a Meindl Magic Active sole giving the perfect amount of traction for easy to moderate terrain. An ideal all-round walking shoe.

Conditioning and proofing spray keeps nubuck leather and suede protected. The boots can be treated when the uppers aren’t quite dry – it ensures they’ll remain supple. Applying a little wax to the hooks and eyelets will protect them from corrosion.
