Zamberlan 1107 Virtex GTX Hiking Boots - Waxed Chestnut

This is my second pair of boots they are extremely comfortable and waterproof with leather uppers that can be easily maintained. The only downside is that the vibram soles aren’t as durable as they used to be - parts of the tread have worn out completely after having walked about 1500 miles in a year. If you only want them for occasional use this isn’t a problem but for everyday usage (dog walking) you may want to look at other brands.

Have had toe fusion surgery in the summer. I’m now unable to wear my old boots as can’t bend big toe to get foot in boot. After much searching and lots of failures I found these boots. I can get my foot in these, the sole is very rigid which I need and there is little bend near the toe area so the leather doesn’t touch any bone and pins , also with a wide ish tow box. Perfect for my very specific needs!! The are fantastic quality and very comfortable, and worth every penny! Love them . Great service from Hill and Dale too

Great service from Hilland Dale outdoors and great pair of boots from Zamberlan. My Timberlands collapsed after a couple of years and I was looking for a more solid replacement. These boots are solid, comfortable and look as if they will last a life time. I will update the review if they fail.

They look like Quality boots. I can’t give an honest opinion as there an xmas present for my brother. I’m not holding my breath they fit as they are very narrow fitting in the toe box by the look of them . I’m not happy though as all the tags were of sat in the box loose ,hopefully I’ll get a refund still if they are no good as most shops refuse one if they are not attached
